Meet your Founding #WorkFamily.

Annie P. Ruggles

For almost a decade, Annie P. Ruggles has harnessed her Hulk-like disdain for hard-sales, tacky self-promotion, and overly competitive douche-braggery as inspiration to help people find better ways to grow their small bizzes.

She’s guided hundreds of people toward making deeper connections, lasting impressions, and friendlier, more lucrative products. Her online community, Hustle Sisters, is proud to serve as the workfam of over 400 solopreneurial women.

Coach Jennie

Jennie Mustafa-Julock is the sought after coach solopreneurs turn to when, no matter what they do, they can't seem to get out of their own way. She works with super ambitious entrepreneurs whose brilliant plans have been thwarted by their own inner critic for the last time.

She helps silence that limiting voice so that you can stop squandering your power and potential and get on with the business of changing the world. Her work has been the catalyst for her clients to launch new businesses, publish their first books, negotiate career leaps, adventure the world, and more.

Coach Jennie is the author of Hilda: Tackle Your Inner Naysayer, Get Out of Your Own Way, and Unleash Your Badassery.

Tamsen Horton

Just like you, there is no shortage of responsibilities in Tamsen’s daily life. Equipped with her business experience, a law degree, and a heavy dose of motherhood - she enjoys sharing many a conversation with a like-minded soul about how to share what you know and make money doing it. With her teacher husband, she  wrote, Easy as PB&J: Share what you know. Make money doing it, and using the foundation of the book, founded Team pbk (the Preneur Business Klub). Now she has the sheer joy of spending her days helping others also find the time and financial freedoms she has created for her own family.

Carrie Smith Nicholson

Carrie Smith Nicholson is an Online Business Manager and Systems Strategist. After working as a small business accountant for over a decade she paid off all her debt, and quit her job to be her own boss.

During this time she also started carefulcents.com, where she helps entrepreneurs scale without the stress! When she's not testing out new business tools and geeking out over numbers, she enjoys cooking and eating food with her chef husband.

Jenn Vazquez

Jenn Vazquez is an author, personal trainer, fitness instructor, and weight loss coach. She founded Purple Penguin Fitness to make fitness fun, simple, and accessible to women who are frustrated and intimidated by the standard fitness stuff out there because she’s been one of those women who struggled with weight and low self esteem.

Her book, Fitdamentals, explains the tips and principles she used (and still uses) to lose weight and keep it off. Now she teaches those principles to others through online programs, small group classes, and workshops.

Wife and mom (2 humans; 1 dog) are the most important titles she has. Author, trainer, and marathoner come close.
